Stain Removal
I am sure that at some time or other you have spilt something on that nice carpet; maybe the children have brought something in on their shoes. After the initial horror the panic sets in. The first stop is the kitchen cupboard or that place under the kitchen sink where 'chemicals' are kept. After trying most, if not all of the contents of the cupboard, the stain is still there. Now is the time the professional cleaner is called out to remove the offending stain.
Fibrecare advise the best emergency stain removal technique is to use an absorbent towel and soak up the stain by folding the towel, place it on the stain and stand on it to absorb as much of the stain as possible, after, apply cold water to the stain and start the absorbing process again, repeat until you have minimised the stain as far as you can go, finally, place a clean, slightly damp towel on the stain and put a weight on it and leave it to dry. If the stain is still there when dry then give Fibrecare a call. The biggest mistake people make is to put chemicals such as detergent into the stain in an attempt to remove it, but the detergent ph will fix stains such as coffee and tea.
Fibrecare have at their disposal an army of stain removing chemicals, one for every stain you could think of and we have been trained by the National Carpet Cleaning Association in the art of stain removal. Although it is impossible to guarantee stain removal because of factors like age, sun and the nature of the material to be worked on, Fibrecare enjoys a high success rate.
