Rugs can either be cleaned on site, or in most cases we take them to our modern factory, where they are hand or machine cleaned using the Fibrecare system, fringes and tassels cleaned and completely dried in our drying room.
Once all this is done the rugs are thoroughly inspected and dispatched on our own vehicles back to the customer.
